This retaining wall along Walton is a mess. It's worn out and breaking up and infested with ugly weeds. Because of the heavy traffic on Walton, the homeowner can't safely maintain it and it's an eyesore in an area with $300,000 -$1 million dollar homes. When Walton was rebuilt a few years ago, the OCRC ignored this wall and fixed smaller retaining walls in the area that were not in as bad of shape.
