  We just had a landscaper dig the dirt out, clean the sidewalk and plant 400 ivy plants in the yard. Hopefully that helps... Lord knows it cost enough. Looks like the real culprit though is an uneven City sidewalk that allows water to pool in that area. I've reached out to the City so hopefully that will be fixed soon.

  That is so great! Thank you. I had hoped the city would take care of it, as the problem occurs in another spot along E. Lake.
