White Ford utility van parked in the bike lane. I kindly and calmly asked the driver to move. He said it wasn't possible, go around, what if it's an emergency. I asked what type of emergency, what company does he work for, he kept making excuses about why I should just go around. I said he was creating an unsafe situation forcing cyclists out of the bike lane and creating a blind spot. He and his female passenger did not like me taking pictures of their license plate, so they got out and took pictures of me, and I took pictures of them, which I'm happy to share. For enforcement concern category, I'd recommend adding "blocking bike lane".
