A pedestrian walk sign is needed here. Impossible for young kids to navigate on the way to school or bus stop. If the light is green for Circular street traffic, there is a constant flow of cars turning right on red from Caroline and vise versa. No one is watching out for pedestrians. It is safer to jaywalk at Lafayette!
