Oakland Police will rarely deal with these type of issues. They leave it up to parking enforcement 238-3099 and abandonedauto@oaklandnet.com to deal with. Even though they are one dept they do not communicate with other. As with our elected official completely dysfunctional. FYI abandonedauto@oaklandnet.com is taking 6 to 8 week to come out to put a 72 hour tow tag on it. There is no viable leadership in the City of Oakland.
