tons of children who dart into the street, ride scooters, bikes, boards without watching for ars.....won't move out of the road.....someone is going to be injured or killed.....

I live on the 400 Block of New St. and there are always teenagers grouped by subway. These are not teenagers from our street. They have broken into abandoned homes on the block and they throw there garbage in yards and on the street. Cops were coming by for awhile then they just stopped. Would like to see something happen. It isnt safe walking from your car to your home at night. These kids won't even move out of the way when you are trying to park. SOMETHING NEEDS TO GET DONE!

Funny I thought that block of New Street was just named in the Times as the nicest block in the Pinebrook neighborhood! I live in Pinebrook, and we don't have that happening near my house. We hardly even have any bums anymore! I kinda miss Bunky!
