Description

Underpass area has gone from one person 16 months ago to full Homeless Encampment, which at times resembles a dump. Trash has entered the left land of MacArthur Blvd (W-bound), including large items, such as a vacuum cleaner.
The Encampment is less than 1000' from Oak-Glen Creek, creating issues of trash and human waster in creek. The encampment has grown to become a junkyard. Encampments are dangerous for both houseless and traffic.
City of Oakland is in violation of Muni Code No. 12005 C.M.S. (stormwater) and 13.16.150 Creek Protection. Please correct immediately.
