19th street bridge on the east bound side coming into troy.The steel connecting plate that goes across the lane by the exit ramp to Division st. It is raised enough that when I hit it it shook my car.this can cause tire damage.This my also be a problem of the new work done is failing! Can you please check it before someone gets hurt.
