Description

It appears as though the new rain garden plus intersection size reduction at Alieen St and Market St is seriously flawed during rain storms. Water has risen above the curb and is flooding the sidewalk and a North East corner of the yard of the house at 5625 Market St. there is also significant puddling on the east side of the street adjacent to the rain garden nearby the aforementioned residence.
