Description

Homeless, man in underwear urinating and possibly defalcating at encampment on Meridian DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF Destiny Arts School where children are taking classes.Camp littering and spreading length of public meridian near bike path that students use to get to class. General blight. No facilities. Mattresses leaning against trees blocking view for motorists traveling West on Stanford.
