Can the direction of the streets be changed to all flow to Central Avenue in the middle, thus eliminating cut through traffic on old streets with rows of cars parked along them and kids playing constantly. People using your road as a short cut have to fly down them to make it worth their while, eventually someone is going to hit a kid.
