Sharraxaadda

Owner is moving but not living there but has been leaving uncontainered trash bags in the yard when they come by on the weekends which are attracting rodents, raccoons and skunks and generating a terrible stink. Some of the trash has been there for months. This has been reported twice to NDDH with no resolve.
