we live down here in stonehurst and imagine this problem house after house.our alley often looks like the dump!! calls to the township go nowhere , once in a while an inspector may show up and handout warnings to residents & occasionally a few may slightly clean up. isnt there an ordinance to have trash cans! the cardington-stonehurst civic associaton is working hard to get work with township maybe instead just griping about problems join up. maybe as a larger group the neighbors can convince the township to make up regulations regarding sanitation and trash..

It's that way all over Upper Darby since West Philly invaded in full force, just like it is in Philly! It's illegal in the township to not have trash cans, but the ghetto-raised filth doesn't care because the lazy U.D. Council, and the township workers only enforce the laws when one of THEIR neighbors is the problem, and it affects THEM directly!

we need to get on the "OWNER'S"!!! our previous nieghbors who jumped shiip and sold out.. now our nieghborhood is owned by strangers.. alot of INDIANS not Alll . and I dont mean the native american ones. we call most of the house's they own {GHETTO} projects because well they have turned our nieghborhood into a GHETTO. THE PROJECTS.. Our TOWNSHIP OFFICIALS need enforce pre-exisiting regulations and re-evulate some of those based on the "New type of Tenents" under educated and ill mannered..
