Maybe they should hook up w/the idiots on Spring St. So the cops can do something about it & not go out of there way

I just want to have a nice neighborhood to live in. i've lived here for almost 5 years now and it's not fair that i have to leave because people can't respect each other. I've already started looking for houses elsewhere.

I've also posted other problems/issues in the past and nothing has been acknowledged or fixed so i don't know why i bother. I live slightly down the street from where this current problem is happening so i feel extremely bad for the few neighbors immediately around this area.

I don't know that the City monitors this site. I think it's great to post things here, but you also have to call the police/city as often as you need to (every day if you think that's what it takes)is a better way to go. That way you know the complaint went to the right place.

Is it possible to ask them to turn it down? The police may not be able to do much if it's just noise, unless you think there is other illegal activity.

Do you know if the people who live there own the house? It might be worth a letter to them or the landlord requesting that they be more considerate.

I wish I knew... I have walked by the house and nobody seems to be home during the day and honestly I don't want to get out of bed at night. :) good suggestions though. I just wish people were more courteous.

City Hall could tell you who owns it and get you a contact name and address if you wanted to write a letter. It's all public information.

that would be it. same thing again last weekend. 2 am and 4 people walking home from the bars yelling. no fun. the cops weren't there this time.
