Description

The countdowns on the southwest side of S and18 start at 55 seconds while the north ones are at 22 seconds. This has been happening for 6 months. Kids use this crosswalk everyday for school and drivers jump the light because of the countdown. This is the THIRD 311 submission and its still not fixed.
