Description

A stop sign is needed on 7th St NE at either Lancaster or Kearney for several reasons:
- Cars speed through this pedestrian-heavy area, threatening safety
- Drivers use these intersections as U-turn areas and a 4-way stop could decrease this from happening
- Some cars expect these intersections to have stop signs and slow down to a crawl, which is also hazardous,
