Description

No xwalk at corner of Philip /Blake and Whalley. Deadly situation just saw 3 year old boy crossing here nearly hit by Poland Spring truck.

People also turn right on red onto Whalleynear here from Blake St. There is a no turn on red sign.

This issue continues to exist and will, at least until a cross-walk and signal is installed as part of the Phase I Whalley Ave traffic-calming project sometime in the Spring of 2016.
