PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE fix Cheltenham Avenue between Ogontz Avenue and Vernon Road!!! This is absolutely the WORST! This REALLY needs resurfacing BADLY! In my opinion (and mine only) I believe that because this issue is on Cheltenham Avenue, which is a border of the City of Philadelphia and Cheltenham Township, Montgomery County. Each of these parties believes that it is the others responsibility to fix. Ever notice how even the streetlights and street name signs on each side of the street are different? I think that Philadelphia believes that it is Cheltenham Township's responsibility to fix... I AGREE! The side of the street that needs resurfacing is on the CHELTENHAM TOWNSHIP SIDE!!! However, I bet that Cheltenham Township writes this issue off as a Philadelphia issue as there are likely more Philadelphians using Cheltenham Avenue than people from Montgomery County. Which may also be true because many have to resort to Cheltenham Avenue because the streets entirely within the City of Philadelphia that directly parallels Cheltenham Avenue DO NOT PARALLEL PROPERLY AS ALTERNATES! The streets are all in opposing one-way directions, and many also end, and of course the shortest distance between two points is a straight line (i.e. CHELTENHAM AVENUE!) CHELTENHAM TOWNSHIP, PLEASE TEND TO YOUR RESPONSIBILITY HERE!!!
