The publisher, Gina Allen of the Pacific Sun has been completely uncooperative concerning graffiti removal from the 835 4th Street, Suite B property. SRPD contacted them over 10 days ago. She has not returned 9 leave word messages when she did know the call was about graffiti removal. Three large tags remain on the back of the building facing South, and on glass facing Cijos Street. San Rafael call: SRPD and/or City Attorney. Graffiti observed 10/10/10. Contact her at: 414.485.6700 X315.
This organization has NO INTENTION of complying with the San Rafael Ordinance on graffiti removal. My records indicate they were contacted by the SRPD on9/30/10, and several times since then. The original picture was taken 5/8/10. The most recent picture taken 11/3/10 is added to this post. What is necessary to secure compliance with the current Ordinance?
This graffiti is still in place. Has the San Rafael Attorney been contacted on this matter? I have been told that they have been contacted several times by the SRPD. No change other than additional tags have been added. Observed 11/22/10.
Why does this organization appear to be exempt from compliance with the San Rafael Graffiti Ordinance? Has the San Rafael Police Department contacted the SR Attorney on this matter? No change other than additional tags, observed 12/2/10.
This graffiti is still in place. Observed 1/30/11. Have been told that they have been contacted several times by the SRPD. Obviously, they have no intention of complying with the SR Ordinance concerning graffiti removal. Has the SR City Attorney been contacted on this issue? My contact with a representative with the SRPD is unable to answer this question.
