说明

A traffic light is needed at the entrance to Plymouth Gardens apartment complex. It is very dangerous to pull out of and takes a long time to turn into at times. Problem is made much worse by cars parking on Fayette Street, you can not see around them to pull out. There have been way too many close calls!
