Consistently exceed noise levels...police do nothing except tell them to turn it down. If it was me disturbing the peace, after so many years...I would have been arrested by now. This establishment need to grow up and respect peoples quality of life and ability to have quiet enjoyment of their property, especially after 10:00 pm.

Please call the MPD and tell the to have the manager at Harbor Park arrested. If this happens enough times, we can then go after their liquor license. Then call the Mayor's office in the orning and tell them too.

HKF It is my business. It keeps me from going to sleep till 12:30 1:00 some nights. I'll out party you any day, but when I am home and trying to relax and go to sleep this is very immature and irresponsible on the business owners part. Go party your socks off, make Frank rich, I really don't care. I just want to go to sleep. I bet you'd be all f'n people if they were outside your door making all kinds of noise if you were trying to sleep. Don't you have any compassion or consideration for your fellow man?
