Description

Repetitive, significant drainage issue on trail between ryba bridge and Walmart. Parks is scooping it up and placing it on top of barrier which is where it washed down from. Sand and debris, including that deposited on top of barrier (north side of trail) needs to be removed from site and surface washing down stabilized
