The intersection of Bleigh Ave. and Milnor street has three stop signs, which the City of Philadelphia Garbage trucks and garbage tractor trailers NEVER stop for. They will come down Bleigh Ave and blow the stop sign, not even slowing down sometimes. Coming back the other way, They run the stop signs crossing Milnor street, even though there is a building for a local business blocking their view.
