How come our neighborhood is never plowed by Waterford Twp/RCOC? I have lived in this area for nearly a decade and I think I can count less than 3 times that I have ever seen a plow truck come by. Just this past holiday season with 7-8 inches of snowfall it took 18 DAYS for a plow truck to sweep through.

I understand most newer subdivisions/associations pay for private services to come in and handle plowing, but I'm not looking for a quick response when there is a storm. I'd just like to know that within a week of a decent snowfall (when the weather has cleared and there's no more snow falling to occupy the plows) that they will eventually come and clear the roads.
