Sharraxaadda

My fence went down during hurricane Irma but it went flat and besides one section that needed to ne replaced, the fence could be fixed. However, County came, cut the fallen tree into pieces (mind tree was away from my fence) and put all of the heavy branches on my fence. As I am disputing this with County official, today they came again, cut tree from the other aide and yet again dropped all of it on my fence! Now I can't fixed the fence, it is DONE! I can't put a new one cause the old one is still there covered with tree's parts. This is unacceptable!!!!! I took several before and after pictures and video. I need resolution, this is wrong. They could have put it on the sidewalk (which they did anyway) not on my fence. This is so wrong!!!!
