Description

I want to know why I am not allowed to go to hubbard park. I went today with my nephew and was told the park was closed, apparently the boy scouts are there and they have taken over the entire park. I don't know how this is fare, I pay taxes to the city and I should be allowed in a PUBLIC park. Way to go, thanks for the ruined day
