Description
There are two construction sites located at 1730-1738 11th St. They are both constantly in violation of public safety and proper construction practices. They are not properly signed. The fences are constantly falling down. They leave vehicles blocking the streets, they don't properly mitigate noise and dust and when they work, which hasn't been for weeks, they work after hours. The residents of the street are fed up. It's clear the city has either shut them down for code violations or they have run out of money but now once again these lots are just left in this state and another eyesore for West Oakland.
