I have lived on Pine street for 2-1/2 years and have done vollenteer work on Frontage for two years now. He has come up and yelled at me for taking his trash and has at other times yelled at me because taggers beat him up. He needs help. This trash collection is a hordeing problem and this is overwhelming.
Please help get him out of there. There are bushes at the end of the easement where he and other homeless live. These bushes need to be cut down and a strong fence needs to be put up so he can't bring more garbage up there.
