As of Aug 2014 there is nothing here to defer this illegal activity.

I travel this way daily and have been in my share of near accidents when cars come off the exit ramp and cut me off to get in the lane to get back on. I see why a permanent barrier would be deadly so why not place signs with posted fines, blinking safety lights, and police writing tickets once in a while?

This again is a matter of the right people not being affected by this. It is all low income back here, and the political figures all live somewhere up in Swarthmore or Ridley Park.. Where the money is. If it doesn't affect them, then no problem exists. They seriously need a large concrete barrier to prevent this.. Maybe if one of the A-hole's that cut everyone off to make this illegal turn hits one of them or their friends or families coming up MacDade, then it will change. Like anything else, change is only made when there is a body count.
