We have red tips on both sides of our driveway which have faded over the years. Neighbors now park to the absolute edge, if not encroaching on our actual driveway, creating a visibility hazard trying to get out of our driveway and extremely difficult to get in. I'm very concerned about an accident due to the high speeds of drivers on Harrison Street and having a baby on the way.

How do we go about getting the red curbs repainted?
