Thank you for using FayFixIt. It has been brought to my attention that the city does not service the address tat you have provided. I very much apologize for this confusion. This looks to be an apartment complex. There is most likely a private service that collects the solid waste for this area. If you contact you property manager, they may be able to let you know who can collect this material for you. Again, my apologies for the confusion.
