Description

Our neighborhood has a serious problem with vermin (rats). The median down 40th street between Manila and Broadway has low shrubs which do little to beautify the street and which provide an environment for the rats to live and breed. I have witness rats running in and out of the shrubs. Can the shrubs please be removed.
