The timing of the left turn traffic light from Hoyt St. onto Washington Blvd needs to be fixed. Cars going in all other directions get 3-4 rounds of red/green lights before the left turn arrow from Hoyt onto Washington ever turns green. I have sat there for nearly 10 minutes without ever getting a left turn arrow.l
