Description

This car has been parked here for over 9 days. It has not moved. It consistently parks here without tags for weeks. Any DC enforcement clearly does not dissuade this owner from parking here. Parking is already tight, out of towners that fail to find adequate / legal parking makes it worse. PLEASE TOW THIS CAR.
