Thank you for reacting to this issue so quickly but the obscene graffiti was not covered up completely. You can still see the picture and a small part wasnt covered at all. A thicker paint or asphalt coating should be used. There also is a chemical that can be applied on graffiti that is on asphalt or any masonry surface that can be water blasted clean.
