This area turns into a racetrack from Friday to Sunday and most nights it is also hard to enter or exit the development between 6am and 9pm because of the excessive speeding on this road. Will it take the usual several deaths related to speeders and accidents before the speed is further reduced and enforcement of existing speed limits occur?
