A six second green! really?
To depart Mentor High School southbound on 615 you must use this exit and the light is too short. Two cars make the green one on yellow and the forth runs the red everytime!
Add a second car sensor 6 or 7 car lengths (2 buses) back from the first and when "tripped" make the green last for 15 seconds (at least).
People don't mind waiting if they know they will get out in a minute (or two).

Awe come on. A "guess"!??
Get in your car and drive down to the school turn around and time the light for yourself. But be sure there are no cell phones around;>)
