Description

The traffic signals on the intersection of Rosemont and Virginia Beach Blvd is not properly working. The lights only turn green for traffic going down the Blvd and Rosemont traffic is forced to make only right turns and then a U-Turn when possible. It was like this going both ways from 6:00am when I got off work and seemed to still be like this again at 10:00pm when I went to work again. I watched the traffic light switch five times for the Blvd traffic but never changed for Rosemont Rd.
