Deskripsyon

In front of Planet Wings on Broadway there used to be a left hand turn only lane, a thru lane, and a right hand turn only lane. When street work was completed they eliminated the right hand only turn lane WHY? The way it was marked before made it so much easier for the flow of traffic

Hopefully this will be fixed soon. We need left hand turn lanes added - Broadway and East Chester, Foxhall and Flatbush(Rt 32), East Chester and Hasbrouck - Rt 9W and Rt 32 and major highways and these intersections have a lot of traffic - frustrated when a left hand turn vehicle blocks all following traffic - maybe the comprehensive plan will address these.

All of Broadway needs to be converted into a 2-lane boulevard with a brick-lined center median. Then they could build "Center-Turning" lanes in strategic locations to let people make Left-Turns.

I think this would beautify this aging, drug-infested locale, and improve traffic-flow patterns, and also bring the Broadway District back into a vibrant, friendly place, instead of the crime-riddled eyesore it has become in the past 15 years.

The intersection of Grand St and Broadway is one horrendous intersection . The City of Kingston has not addressed this intersection for the best traffic flow for motorists . Cannot anyone figure this intersection out and figure out what is needed to make this intersection safe for the flow of traffic . You do not need to be an Astro Physicist to get this right.

They are doing a realignment project for this intersection in conjunction with the Broadway Streetscape Improvements Project. See image below
