Deskripsyon

When you are northbound on Rt 100, turning left at Pennsylvania Ave, the turn light remains RED when no cars are coming. I can sit there to 2-3 mins with absolutely no traffic in site. Then I watch cars come from the Graphite Mine traffic light only to be stopped when they get to Pennsylvania Avenue. How stupid is that? 100 cars have to stop and idle to allow 1 car (me) to turn left. The lights through Eagle should be programmed to sense flow because there are countless times I could have turned left and NEVER affected southbound Rt 100 traffic.

UPPER UWCHLAN TOWNSHIP..... PlEASE take OFF the arrow to turn left at Rt 100 and Pennsylania BLVD.... This light used to fade out and only had a green thus you could turn when there were no cars coming..... This needs to be set to sense flow of cars so left hand turning onto Pennsylvania ave from Northbound Rt 100 can be done. Thanks John for bringing up the issue as it truly needs to be fixed....I did my research and Upper Uwchlan is responsible for this particular light's operation.
Too many cars are building up in the turning lane for nothing... Light is tooooo long for turning lane. HELP! Tell your friends!
