Unless the city picked up the trash this morning, leave this issue open. You say it is bulk trash but I have see pickup trucks come down the alley and add to the trash. This is not simply bulk trash from the tenant, rather, in large part, it consists of items dumped from others along with residential trash. The sad part is that, now, it is so much that the regular trash pickup will not take it.
