? One or more property owners or residents within a neighborhood area, or an authorized representative of a neighborhood association, may apply.
? Applicants can privately fund their project or request to receive public funding assistance.
? If the program will be privately funded, the applicant is responsible for all costs associated with the project, including planning, mailing, engineering, and construction of approved devices.
? Requests for public funding assistance will be prioritzed based on need and amount of public funds available.
