We have filed multiple complaints with the sherriffs dept. I was informed that if they arrest these transients that all their belongings have to be taken as well and held until the release of these transients. So my understanding is that it's too much of a hassle to deal with all their belongings even though camping, loitering, panhandleing, littering, urinating, deficating and drug use are all illegal in Sacramento! Why do we turn a blind eye? I feel like we are the ones being punished.
