Description

The park that I used to take my niece nephew and the dog to play in is now another homeless camp. I watched at 6:15 as one of them threw an entire bag of garbage out of their tent into the park. There is human feces barely covered with toilet paper.
I am paying over $800 a month in taxes and my newer neighbors even more. Can't the city keep at least one park a park?
