Description

There are two abandoned cars in the alley behind the 3200 block of Hanover Avenue. Both cars have been there for months and have expired registrations. One car is a silver Chevy Malibu with license plate WNV 9427 (registration expired November 2016). The other is a blue Jeep Grand Cherokee with license plate XUB 9178 (registration expired August 2012). Weeds are growing among the cars that are now taller than the vehicles.
