It's a shame how ignorant and dangerous some people can be. These people here do not need a dog and Animal Control needs to make sure they never have dogs again. They keep pitbulls in a "yard" that has no fence. To add on top of that, the dog is only on a chain and can reach out to the sidewalk where kids walk by on their way to and from school. If the dog was to break the chain, somebody's kid will be killed by one of these dogs they keep here.
