Wow. I think it's one thing to file a valid complaint, but the fix will add more concrete, which I can't imagine what the actual improvement will be.

According to code, concrete strips in your front yard cannot be parked on but only used as access to a parking pad behind a fence or gate. You cannot have a parking surface in the front yard unless it leads to a garage or is part of a circular driveway, assuming you have enough street frontage.
