Trucks and buses in PA are not allow to idle for more than 5 minutes in a 60 minute period which means the oil truck was 10 minutes over the limit. http://www.elibrary.dep.state.pa.us/dsweb/Get/Document-91742/2700-FS-DEP4242.pdf I've never noticed an oil truck idling on Calumet while delivering oil.
