burnett chapel church of christ always waters their sidewalk along Lavergne-Couchville Pike on weekdays between 5:30 and 6:00pm. During the flood and the ensuing water emergency they haven't stopped watering grass that honestly can't need it. I've tried calling them at their listed phone number (615) 641-7970, but all I get is an answering machine that's full, so I can't even leave them a message about it. Since this involves our collective water supply it needs to be remedied immediately.
