Erosion directly around a manhole cover and the surrounding area. There is a rectangle that was painted around the area with the initials "B.S.". This issue hasn't been addressed in over 8 months. I've called the number listed online as well as posted on this app almost 1 month ago with no response. Please send some one out here to address this growing situation.
